By using debt.bid or submitting a bid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a payment.
Service description
debt.bid provides a public leaderboard where users may make voluntary payments to appear on the board and contribute toward the site owner's stated debt goal. The service is provided for entertainment and voluntary support purposes only.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution for leaderboard placement, not purchasing goods, securities, or a chance to win a prize. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Leaderboard display
You grant debt.bid permission to display your chosen username or website metadata (including favicon, tagline, and description) on the public leaderboard and activity feed after payment is confirmed.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent leaderboard placement, or any specific outcome from your payment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, debt.bid and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any payment made through it.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
